Capabilities

Man-labor HVAC, done right

We don't spread thin across every trade. WBDA crews specialize in mechanical labor — so every job gets a crew that's actually good at it.

01

Ductwork Installation

Rectangular and round duct, hangers, and layout execution to spec — sized to keep pace with the schedule, not slow it down.

02

Insulation

Duct and equipment insulation installed to code, coordinated tightly with rough-in so trim-out isn't waiting on us.

03

Equipment Hanging

Air handlers, RTUs, and mechanical equipment set and secured — rigging and placement handled by crews who've done it before.

04

Selective Demo

Removal of existing mechanical systems and ductwork ahead of new install, sequenced to protect your project timeline.

Copper and refrigerant work available on a per-project approval basis. WBDA does not perform ferrous metalwork or welding.

How a job runs

Three phases. One crew, start to finish.

No hand-offs between strangers. The crew that scopes the job is the crew that finishes it.

01

Scope Review

We walk the drawings, confirm labor scope and site conditions, and lock in a schedule before a single hanger goes up.

02

Rough-In

Duct routing, hangers, and equipment placement move fast — coordinated with other trades so nobody's waiting on us.

03

Trim-Out & Startup

Insulation, closeout, and final tie-ins completed and inspection-ready, on the date we committed to.

Why choose WBDA as your subcontractor

An organized crew. Not a gamble.

A real chain of command

Every job runs through a defined structure — ownership, operations, and field leads each know their role. Questions get answered by the person who actually owns that answer, not passed around.

One point of contact, start to finish

You deal directly with WBDA's operations lead for scope, scheduling, and billing — the same person from the first estimate to the final invoice.

Standing bench, not scrambling

A core crew plus a qualified on-call bench means a no-show or a busy week doesn't turn into a schedule slip on your job.

We stay in our lane

WBDA runs mechanical labor — ductwork, insulation, equipment, demo — and nothing else. That focus is what lets crews move fast instead of being spread thin across trades they don't specialize in.

Paperwork that holds up

Estimates and invoices are broken down by crew role and hour, every time — so your project accounting is clean and nothing shows up as a surprise later.
